With over a decade of experience, she’s dedicated to creating a practice that puts people first, ensuring every client receives the personalized support they deserve.
Kathia isn’t just a leader; she’s an advocate, mentor, and the kind of person who makes you feel heard the moment you meet her.
Noemy Santos / Clinical Operations Director, LICSW
As Director of Clinical Operations, Noemy oversees the quality of care and clinical excellence across the practice, mentoring therapists, refining treatment approaches, and ensuring every client receives compassionate, evidence-based support.
Noemy began her journey at KM Collaborative as a dedicated therapist and, through her skill, leadership, and commitment to client care, grew into her role guiding the clinical team.
She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with an MSW from Columbia University.
Her motto remains simple and powerful: “Let’s figure it out and address it together.”
Bovary Taritas / Administrative Director
Bovary is KM Collaborative’s dedicated Admin Director. She brings over a decade of administrative expertise and a background in psychology and women’s studies, which shape her inclusive, client-centered approach.
Bovary ensures that every person’s first interaction with KM Collaborative is met with warmth, clarity, and care.
She will be your first point of contact when beginning services, guiding you through the intake process, scheduling a call to learn about your needs and preferences, and helping you get connected with the right therapist.
Her commitment to accessibility and compassionate support reflects KM Collaborative’s mission of creating a welcoming space for all clients.
Ashaunte Dunbar / Administrative Assistant
Ashaunte supports KM Collaborative with her strong organizational and administrative skills, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
With experience in office management, facilities coordination, and client services, she’s skilled at keeping systems organized, handling logistics, and supporting both staff and clients with care.
Ashaunte brings reliability, efficiency, and a welcoming presence to the team.
Andre Lambert / Chief Marketing Officer
With over 25 years of experience in branding, visual communication, web development, and marketing, André leads the creative vision at KM Collaborative.
As CMO, he blends strategy with design to ensure every project is not only visually striking but also aligned with the organization’s mission and audience.
A graduate of The Cooper Union in NYC, André brings deep expertise to the table, shaping high-impact visuals, innovative marketing strategies, and seamless web experiences that elevate every project.
