If KM Collaborative were a city, Kathia Lambert would be the mastermind behind its foundation, building a space where empathy, innovation, and meaningful mental health care thrive.
With over a decade of experience, she’s dedicated to creating a practice that puts people first, ensuring every client receives the personalized support they deserve.
Kathia isn’t just a leader; she’s an advocate, mentor, and the kind of person who makes you feel heard the moment you meet her.
Andre Lambert / Co Founder & Chief Product Officer
With over 25 years of experience in branding, visual communication, web development, and marketing, André leads product and creative strategy at KM Collaborative.
As CPO, he blends technology, strategy & design to shape better experiences for both clients and the team; ensuring everything KM builds is thoughtful, intuitive, and aligned with the organization’s mission.
A graduate of The Cooper Union in NYC, André brings deep expertise to the table, shaping digital experiences, innovative systems, and creative strategies that help KM evolve and grow.

Noemy Santos / Clinical Operations Director, LICSW
As Director of Clinical Operations, Noemy oversees the quality of care and clinical excellence across the practice, mentoring therapists, refining treatment approaches, and ensuring every client receives compassionate, evidence-based support.
Noemy began her journey at KM Collaborative as a dedicated therapist and, through her skill, leadership, and commitment to client care, grew into her role guiding the clinical team.
She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with an MSW from Columbia University.
Her motto remains simple and powerful: “Let’s figure it out and address it together.”
Bovary Taritas / Administrative Director
Bovary brings more than a decade of administrative leadership to KM Collaborative, along with a background in psychology and women’s studies that shapes her thoughtful, client-centered approach.
As Administrative Director, she keeps our administrative team organized and running efficiently while overseeing billing and insurance operations behind the scenes.
She also helps clients understand the sometimes confusing world of insurance, one step at a time.
Bovary's focus is simple: build thoughtful systems, work with transparency, and make sure administration always supports stellar care.
Ashaunte Dunbar / Sr. Client Care & Access Coordinator
Starting therapy can come with a lot of questions, and Ashaunte is here to make the beginning feel easier.
She works directly with clients from that first “I think I’m ready” email or phone call, all the way through intake, scheduling, and finding the right clinician.
For most new clients, Ashaunte will be the person you hear from first, guiding you along the way.
Reaching out for therapy is a personal step, and Ashaunte helps make the onboarding process feel just as personal. Her warm, thoughtful approach helps clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
Natalie Emile / Administrative Assistant
Natalie brings a caring attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a background in healthcare and administration to KM Collaborative.
With an Associate’s degree in Health Science and experience in insurance verification and billing, she helps keep things organized behind the scenes so clients can focus on getting the care they need.
Natalie takes pride in making the little details count. Her dependable nature, willingness to learn, and thoughtful approach make her a welcome addition to the KM team.
